Enterprise Effectiveness Specialist – Emiratisation

About the role

The Enterprise Effectiveness Specialist – Emiratisation works within the Operations Research and Effectiveness (ORE) division to drive performance improvements across Emirates Group business units. The role supports cross‑functional transformational projects, leveraging analytics, strategy, and process excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support ORE management in formulating strategic plans and generating ideas to boost performance.
• Plan, develop and execute best‑practice improvements to systems, processes and organisational structures.
• Partner with business units and support departments to deliver projects, manage stakeholder relationships and conduct post‑implementation reviews.
• Assist in developing and monitoring KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Document project deliverables and maintain knowledge on the ORE Knowledge Management site.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, airline/aviation or related industry; fewer years may be considered with strong relevant experience.
• Strong people‑management and communication skills, able to translate complex data into simple proposals.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and statistical analysis.
• Understanding of data warehousing, data management concepts and visualisation techniques.
