Enterprise Effectiveness Specialist – In‑House Consultant

About the role

The Enterprise Effectiveness Specialist – Emiratisation works within the Operations Research and Effectiveness (ORE) division of Emirates Group, delivering cross‑functional consulting projects that improve performance across strategy, process excellence, customer experience, innovation, and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Support ORE management in formulating strategic plans and developing ideas to boost business unit performance.
• Plan, develop and execute best‑practice improvements to systems, processes and structures, leading or supporting implementation and post‑implementation reviews.
• Partner with business units and support departments to manage stakeholder relationships, mitigate risks and ensure project governance.
• Develop and monitor department KPIs, advise on productivity standards and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or airline/aviation industry; fewer years may be considered with strong relevant experience.
• Understanding of project management processes, tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear proposals.

Required skills

• Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) – a plus.
• Statistical analysis, data analytics, data visualization and data‑warehousing concepts.
