Enterprise Performance Management Expert

About the role

We are seeking an Enterprise Performance Management Expert to build and embed a company‑wide performance management capability for a large, diversified organization in the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape how performance is measured, managed and improved to drive strategy execution and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise performance management framework, including Balanced Scorecards, KPIs, governance processes and reporting standards.
• Establish performance measures, targets and accountability mechanisms aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead the deployment of KPI frameworks and Balanced Scorecards across business and support functions.
• Develop leading and lagging indicators to provide early visibility of risks and future outcomes.
• Drive target‑setting and performance planning processes that translate strategic ambitions into measurable commitments.
• Set up performance review forums and management routines to strengthen accountability and execution.
• Monitor organisational performance, identify delivery gaps and drive timely corrective actions.
• Create executive dashboards and performance reports to support informed decision‑making.
• Lead and develop a small Enterprise Performance team while influencing leaders across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience building performance management capabilities and embedding accountability mechanisms.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge under‑performance constructively and turn insights into action.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving measurable improvements in organisational performance.
