Enterprise Sales Development Representative (UAE)

About the role

Deel is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the UAE market. You will break into new accounts, build relationships across multiple contacts, and collaborate closely with the broader sales team to qualify leads and support the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Generate inbound and outbound sales leads through phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and targeted campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and qualify them by understanding their onboarding approach.
• Create email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate target accounts.
• Follow up with prospects until meetings are secured and hand them off to Account Executives.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound commercial role, preferably selling software in the UAE.
• Native or fluent Arabic and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote team environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a sales role.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools.
