Enterprise Security Architect Lead

About the role

The Lead Enterprise Security Architect is responsible for defining and steering Chalhoub Group’s Enterprise Security Architecture capability. The role ensures security is embedded by design across business transformation, technology delivery, digital innovation and operational change.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own and continuously evolve the Group’s enterprise security architecture strategy, standards, governance and target‑state roadmap.
• Provide architectural leadership across the technology landscape, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Digital, Data, Product, SAP and business teams.
• Ensure technology investments are secure, resilient, scalable and aligned with the Group Information Security Strategy.
• Enable business growth through pragmatic risk management, modern security engineering practices and strategic technology governance.
• Lead security governance, Zero Trust implementation and secure engineering principles across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in enterprise security architecture and security governance.
• Proven senior‑level leadership in defining security strategies and standards.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional technology and business leaders.
