Enterprise Solutions Sales Executive – UAE

About the role

ONE ECM is seeking an ambitious Enterprise Solutions Sales Executive to drive new business across the UAE. The role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and closing complex enterprise and government opportunities while building long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new enterprise and government opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Engage C‑level executives and key stakeholders to understand business challenges.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closing.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and solution demos.
• Collaborate with technical, consulting and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
• Represent ONE ECM at customer meetings, industry events and business forums.
