Entertainment Team Leader

About the role

The Entertainment Team Leader drives the performance of animators and ensures the delivery of high‑quality entertainment experiences throughout the park. This role balances operational scheduling, team coaching, and coordination of shows while maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery of the entertainment program and supervise on‑the‑job training.
• Schedule animators, manage breaks, vacations and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Coordinate rehearsals, auditions, and special in‑park or outdoor events.
• Prepare and distribute show reports, performance notes and documentation.
• Work with the technical team to log and follow up on equipment repairs.
• Communicate updates through briefings, noticeboards and daily manager meetings.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in entertainment within a theme‑park environment.
• Previous leadership role or 1 year experience in the entertainment industry.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
