Environment Health & Safety Coordinator – UAE National

About the role

The Environment Health & Safety Coordinator will support the implementation of the hotel's EHS programs, ensuring a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace. This full‑time, non‑management position is based on‑site at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the hotel’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
• Maintain EHS documentation, records and assist with incident reporting and investigations.
• Coordinate safety training, emergency preparedness activities, fire life safety programs and environmental initiatives.
• Monitor corrective actions and work closely with all departments to reduce risks.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions and equipment concerns to management.
• Comply with all health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• UAE national, able to work full‑time on‑site.
• Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
