Equity Sales Manager

About the role

BitDelta Pro, a regulated multi‑asset broker, is looking for an experienced Equity Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and trading activity across its equity and broader multi‑asset offering. The role involves building relationships with high‑value professional and institutional clients and promoting the firm’s trading platforms and products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of new clients for equities, equity CFDs, FOREX, indices and other leveraged products, and develop sales strategies to increase volume and revenue.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and activation, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑value professional and institutional prospects, present the platform and pricing, and develop referral networks.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with active clients, identify cross‑sell opportunities, and ensure high client retention.
• Monitor market developments, competitor offerings and provide insights to product and trading teams.
• Collaborate with trading, product, operations, compliance and risk teams to ensure smooth onboarding and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in equity, CFD, institutional or brokerage sales and business development.
• Proven track record of acquiring and retaining revenue‑generating clients.
• Existing network of professional traders, HNW individuals, institutional clients or asset managers is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML and brokerage regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are advantageous.
