ERP Data Management Executive (Junior)

About the role

NMK Electronics Trading LLC is seeking a motivated ERP Data Management Executive to support master data management, compliance, and product information across its ERP system. The junior‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to ERP operations, customs compliance and international trade within a dynamic distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update ERP master data including products, vendors, customers, pricing and compliance information.
• Perform data quality checks, cleansing, validation and support master data governance activities.
• Generate and update customer price lists and maintain pricing structures.
• Assist with ERP system enhancements, migrations, user support and documentation.
• Support customs compliance records, HS codes, certifications and import requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Finance and Brand Management to ensure accurate data.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent coordination abilities.
• Organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively across departments.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in ERP and compliance management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and master data management processes.
• Strong analytical skills for managing and interpreting large datasets.
• Experience with AI productivity tools to automate tasks (advantage).
• Knowledge of project costing and basic financial analysis (advantage).
