ERP Human Resources Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Human Resources Senior Manager to lead functional ownership, strategy, and continuous evolution of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related workforce technologies. The role acts as the HCM Product Owner, driving roadmap, digital transformation initiatives, and employee experience enhancements across the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with HR leadership, Enterprise Architecture, Oracle, and implementation partners to shape the future of workforce technology.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM product roadmap, backlog, release priorities and lifecycle.
• Lead transformation initiatives across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation and Workforce Management.
• Govern HCM support, incidents, problems, service requests, enhancements, releases and changes to ensure operational stability.
• Design and oversee integrations between HCM and Finance, Procurement, Learning, Recruitment, Attendance and third‑party platforms.
• Maintain HCM controls, access governance, audit readiness, data privacy and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including implementation, configuration and support.
• Proven experience as an HCM Product Owner or Product Manager, managing integrations and working with HR stakeholders, Oracle Support and implementation partners.
