ERP Project Lead / Business Analyst (MSD)

About the role

techcarrot FZ LLC is looking for a proactive, execution-oriented ERP Project Lead / Business Analyst to support several ongoing ERP and business transformation projects. The role acts as the bridge between business users, project teams, IT and implementation partners, focusing on project execution, stakeholder coordination, CRP facilitation, UAT management, issue tracking and business engagement across supply chain, logistics and manufacturing. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple project work streams and delivery timelines, coordinating business teams, IT teams, vendors and implementation partners
• Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and action items, and prepare status reports and management updates
• Facilitate requirement discussions, business workshops and project meetings, and build relationships with stakeholders and process owners
• Coordinate Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, manage UAT schedules, test scenarios, scripts and validations, and track defects and resolutions
• Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, logs, issue registers and decision records, and support governance reporting
• Assist with deployment planning, go-live readiness reviews and post-go-live issue management and stabilization

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, information technology, engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business transformation or project coordination
• Experience with cross-functional business and IT teams and a strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle, CRP, UAT and go-live
• Preferred: exposure to finance, procurement, supply chain, logistics and manufacturing; construction, real estate, manufacturing or industrial sectors

Required skills

• Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certification
• Business process understanding, stakeholder management, requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, risk and issue management, documentation and reporting
