E&S Manager – Environment & Sustainability

About the role

The E&S Manager will lead environmental and sustainability initiatives across project sites in the United Arab Emirates, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors and regulatory bodies to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, client requirements and company policies.
• Monitor environmental and sustainability performance across project sites.
• Conduct environmental inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Manage waste management, pollution control, biodiversity and resource conservation programs.
• Prepare environmental reports, permits and compliance documentation.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver training and awareness programs for project teams.
• Support ISO 14001 EMS implementation and monitor environmental KPIs.
