Estimation Engineer - Landscape, Civil & Infrastructure

About the role

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy is hiring a full-time Estimation Engineer for Landscape, Civil and Infrastructure projects across the UAE. The role covers cost estimation, tendering and proposal preparation, based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Study tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs
• Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis and detailed cost estimates
• Float enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors and prepare comparative statements
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions
• Coordinate with Planning, QS, Procurement and Design teams
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits and client clarifications
• Maintain a database of market rates, suppliers and subcontractor costs
• Support value engineering and risk analysis

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 5-10 years of estimation experience in UAE on Landscape, Civil and Infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, authority standards and FIDIC contracts
• Currently residing in the UAE
