About the role
We are seeking a Mid‑Level MEP Estimation Engineer to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on quantity take‑offs, material calculations, and preparing cost‑effective tender submissions for construction projects across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quantity take‑offs and prepare detailed material quantity calculations.
- Obtain, evaluate, and compare multiple supplier quotations.
- Prepare cost comparisons, estimation reports, and tender submissions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UAE MEP materials, suppliers, and market pricing.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of MEP estimation experience in the UAE.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PlanSwift software.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD software.
- Strong quantity estimation capabilities.
