Estimator - Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Estimator – Infrastructure to join our team in the UAE. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, drainage networks, potable water and sewerage systems, irrigation works and associated civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and contractual requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs from drawings and specifications.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for roads, highways, earthworks, utilities, storm‑water drainage, sewerage and potable water networks, irrigation systems and related civil works.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare rate build‑ups for labour, materials, equipment and temporary works.
• Conduct site visits when required to assess project conditions and constraints.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning and construction teams during bid preparation and respond to client queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE estimation experience on infrastructure projects.
• Hands‑on experience using Candy Estimation Software.
• Proven ability to prepare complete tender estimates independently.
• Strong analytical, commercial acumen and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight tender deadlines.
