Event Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The role involves planning, executing and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring they meet client expectations and standards. You will work closely with clients, vendors and internal staff to deliver successful events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
• Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
• Book venues, hotels, restaurants and coordinate logistics.
• Manage event invitations, registrations, and RSVPs.
• Liaise with vendors and exhibitors during the planning process.
• Oversee event set‑up, tear‑down, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate on‑site staff and vendors for seamless execution.
• Prepare event reports, including budget performance and key metrics.
• Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors for future events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as an event coordinator.
• Well‑organized with excellent multi‑tasking abilities.
• Outstanding vendor management capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel for events when required.
