Event Coordinator & Tenant Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Event Coordinator & Tenant Engagement Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing and delivering community events and activities from concept to completion. The role builds strong relationships with tenants and residents, fostering an engaging and vibrant community environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an annual calendar of community events, celebrations and activities.
• Plan and execute events end‑to‑end, handling concepts, budgets, timelines, vendors, logistics and on‑site delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Facilities, Security, Operations) and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Evaluate event performance through attendance, feedback and satisfaction metrics, and introduce creative activities to boost participation.
• Maintain event records and prepare reports covering attendance, engagement, costs and budget adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in event management, community engagement, resident experience or hospitality.
• Proven hands‑on experience planning and executing events and direct engagement with tenants/residents.
• UAE experience is preferred.
