About the role

We are looking for a high‑impact, commercially astute Event Director to take full leadership of one of our client’s B2B exhibitions. This pivotal role requires complete accountability for the event’s performance—from strategic planning and budget ownership to high‑level stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional team leadership.

Key responsibilities

Lead small to large‑scale B2B exhibitions, overseeing strategic planning, budget ownership and stakeholder engagement.
Drive revenue growth, introduce structured processes and cultivate a performance‑driven culture across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

8–10 years of experience managing exhibitions and B2B events with full P&L responsibility.
Proven ability to engage government or C‑suite stakeholders in complex environments.
Demonstrated experience transforming event performance through data‑driven innovation and structured processes.
