Event Executive (EMIRATI)

About the role

This role is ideal for an organised and creative events professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering polished experiences from initial planning through to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate events, conferences, launches, meetings, and stakeholder engagements from concept through to delivery.
• Manage event timelines, venues, suppliers, guest requirements, logistics, and on‑site arrangements to ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop event concepts and experiences that align with wider business objectives.
• Support vendor sourcing and commercial coordination, including quotations, proposals, budgets, and service delivery.
• Prepare event materials, invitations, run sheets, presentations, and other communications required before and during each event.
• Review event outcomes, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve future experiences, processes, and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in events, marketing, communications, hospitality, or a similar coordination‑focused role.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage several events, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑management skills and a professional approach when dealing with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Good commercial awareness with experience coordinating vendors, quotations, budgets, and event‑related requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution‑focused during live events.
