Event Expert

About the role

The Event Expert will contribute to the planning and execution of local and international events that support the Department's strategic objectives. This role involves developing implementation mechanisms, measuring impact, and ensuring alignment with marketing and promotional needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review policies, methodologies, and procedures for event management.
• Develop sponsorship plans, classify sponsorships, and manage related budgets.
• Support the preparation of annual and operational plans, ensuring alignment with the Department's objectives.
• Propose innovative approaches to attract major international events and strengthen media and economic roles.
• Oversee internal and external communications plans and promote the Department's identity.
• Monitor public opinion through surveys and social media, and contribute to strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in communications, promotion, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least six years of relevant work experience in event management, marketing, or communications.
