Event Service Expert

About the role

Our Guest Event Experts are skilled in a wide range of event functions and are responsible for delivering flawless events from start to finish. They handle set‑up, break‑down, transport of supplies, taking orders, and interacting with guests to ensure every transaction feels part of the experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and break down event materials and equipment.
• Transport supplies and ensure timely delivery to event areas.
• Take guest orders, interact with attendees, and provide attentive service.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and quality standards.
• Lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
