Events and Experience Manager – PR

About the role

The Events and Experience Manager will lead the planning, execution and measurement of all Sephora Middle East events and experiential marketing moments. Reporting to the PR & Events Director, you will coordinate with internal teams, agencies and external partners to deliver 360° brand experiences that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and execute the annual events and experiences calendar for Sephora Middle East, aligning with key business themes and moments.
• Manage end‑to‑end production, including pre‑production logistics, on‑site execution and post‑event analysis.
• Liaise with internal Sephora teams, global partners, suppliers, agencies and brands to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with legal permits.
• Oversee budgeting, contract negotiation and vendor selection while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Identify sponsorship and activation opportunities to enhance brand impact.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 5 years experience in PR or events, preferably in an agency or client‑side role.
• Managerial experience and proven ability to run effective PR campaigns.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
