Events Executive – Luxury Hotel Sales

About the role

Palazzo Versace Dubai is looking for an Events Executive to lead sales initiatives, build client relationships and support the delivery of luxury hotel events.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs and revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, key accounts and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Manage accounts, leads and sales activities, ensuring accurate records.
• Conduct client presentations, site inspections and hotel show‑arounds.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor account and segment performance.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces and event offerings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client requirement execution.

Required profile

• College or university education, preferably in Business, Hospitality, Sales or Marketing.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially focused with a proactive, results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent customer relationship and account management abilities.
