Events Intern – 30x30 Fitness Challenge

About the role

Join the 30x30 Fitness Hub during the Dubai Fitness Challenge as an Events Intern. You will work closely with the Project Coordinator to prepare the Hub in October and then support daily on‑site operations throughout November.

Key responsibilities

• Support supplier, partner and trainer coordination and keep the 30‑day schedule on track in October.
• Organise equipment, merchandise, uniforms, signage and other Hub materials, and assist with site setup, deliveries and installation.
• Test registration/check‑in process and ensure everything is ready for launch.
• Be on‑site each operating day in November to manage opening, closing and day‑to‑day operations.
• Welcome trainers and participants, handle check‑in, capacity, waiting lists and participant queries.
• Run activations, giveaways and community moments, and support content shoots and marketing activities.
• Track equipment, stock and branded materials, flag any shortages and provide last‑minute support.

• Quick learner who notices details and is ready to help the team.
• Enjoys being around trainers, athletes and an active community.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment with varying daily tasks.
