About the role
We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of high‑profile private, VIP and corporate events for senior principals in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end planning and execution of private, VIP and corporate events.
- Guest and VIP management, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Coordination with venues, suppliers and vendors.
- Budget management and contract negotiation.
- Overseeing event logistics, production and on‑site execution.
- Organising conferences, launches, receptions, retreats and executive gatherings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience managing VIP, private and corporate events.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed.
