About the role
The Events Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of all guest events at Terra Solis Dubai, a luxury desert destination offering glamping, pool experiences and world‑class dining.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, consult, personalize, arrange and execute events for all customers.
- Oversee the total event service process and coordinate with sales, business development and internal departments.
- Ensure seamless handover from business development to service managers and conduct post‑event follow‑up.
- Maintain a consistently high level of service throughout each event.
Required profile
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of written and verbal business English.
- Proven results in a selling role.
- Strong creative or design skills (desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Problem‑solving, decision‑making and negotiation skills.
- Leadership experience with at least 3 years managing events in a luxury hotel environment in the UAE/GCC.
