Events Manager (Private & Corporate)

About the role

The Events Manager will lead the planning and execution of both private, high‑profile events for the Chairwoman and a range of corporate and VIP functions for Apparel Group. This role requires absolute discretion, strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver flawless experiences that align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and execute personal events for the Chairwoman, handling guest lists, venues, catering, décor, security and all logistical details while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Plan and deliver corporate and VIP events such as conferences, launches, awards and retreats, developing concepts, programmes, budgets and run‑sheets.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, process quotations, payments and financial reconciliation with a network of premium suppliers.
• Oversee event set‑up, execution and breakdown, ensuring health‑and‑safety compliance, risk assessments and contingency plans.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior executives, VIP guests, venues, agencies and service providers to secure cost‑effective, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience managing private, VIP and corporate events, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong project‑management, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
