Execution Lead – HVAC & Chiller Projects

About the role

The Execution Lead – HVAC / Chiller will direct on‑site delivery of HVAC and chiller projects for Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, ensuring safe, high‑quality execution within schedule and budget while complying with all regulatory and corporate procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and control field execution of HVAC and chiller installation, replacement, refurbishment, commissioning and turnover activities.
• Act as the primary on‑site interface with contractors and subcontractors, coordinating work sequencing, resources and integration with plant operations.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Material, Scheduling, Plant Maintenance, Operations and Quality teams to ensure governance and compliance.
• Identify and resolve execution constraints, constructability issues, non‑conformances and interface risks.
• Prepare execution readiness, including material, equipment, tools, permits and training.
• Manage HVAC and chiller scopes during online operations and both planned and unplanned outages, minimizing impact on plant availability.
• Maintain equipment and material master data, review work instructions and verify that installation, testing and commissioning meet technical and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading field execution of HVAC and chiller projects in an industrial or power‑plant environment.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, schedule and cost control requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders and manage complex interfaces.
• Experience with outage planning and execution, including pre‑outage readiness and post‑outage review.
