Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage leads the property’s food and beverage operations, overseeing restaurants, bars, room service and banquets. This strategic role drives the implementation of brand service strategies, ensures guest satisfaction, and maximizes financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement food and beverage goals, purchasing guidelines, and safety procedures.
• Manage controllable expenses such as food cost, supplies, uniforms and equipment, and recommend CAPEX funding.
• Oversee budgeting, monitor sales performance, and ensure cash and liquor control policies.
• Direct menu development, monitor food quality, sanitation standards, and maintain purchasing and storage procedures.
• Lead the kitchen and service teams, conduct training on new techniques, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Drive guest satisfaction by reviewing feedback, implementing corrective actions, and empowering staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct HR activities including hiring, performance management, coaching, and ensuring fair treatment of employees.
• Analyze operational data, forecast consumption, and coordinate equipment and supply orders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage or related fields.
• OR a 2‑year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
