Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President

About the role

The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Vice President (SVP), ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while safeguarding confidential information. This role enables the SVP to focus on strategic initiatives by handling scheduling, correspondence, and logistical arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the SVP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare all necessary documentation.
• Draft agendas, take minutes, and circulate meeting outcomes.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritising requests.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project‑related documents in a timely manner.
• Coordinate travel, visas, and logistical support for visiting delegations.
• Handle incoming calls, route correspondence, and draft replies where appropriate.
• Support public relations activities and assist in organising corporate events.
• Review and improve office workflow processes to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• Proven experience providing executive‑level administrative support.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to anticipate the SVP’s needs.
