Executive – Business Growth

About the role

This position supports the organization’s growth objectives by generating leads, building networks, and fostering partnerships that drive revenue. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams and external agents to create and execute market‑focused activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support lead generation through agent agreements, roadshows, delegations, exhibitions and networking events.
• Coordinate with appointed agents to develop roadshow agendas, arrange B2B meetings and produce post‑event reports.
• Participate in government missions and trade delegations, and organise visits to DAFZ with corporate presentations.
• Attend networking, business council and external forums to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support exhibition participation, attend B2B meetings and follow up on potential leads.
• Maintain and expand a network of contacts across clients, partners, consultants, government entities and private organisations.
• Conduct annual market research to identify new industries and opportunities.
• Monitor section budget, track weekly KPIs and ensure alignment with departmental goals.
• Prepare monthly lead‑generation reports and post‑event ROI analyses for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Fresh graduate to 2 years of experience in business development, marketing or related fields.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
