Executive Director, Gaming Marketing CRM

About the role

The Executive Director will lead Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Gaming Marketing CRM function, shaping enterprise‑wide strategies that drive guest engagement and revenue across gaming, hotel and ancillary channels. This senior position reports to resort leadership and oversees technology, data governance and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute enterprise CRM strategy across gaming, hotel, sales and ancillary revenue channels.
• Lead the development and implementation of the long‑term CRM and marketing technology roadmap, including Salesforce, CDP, Wynn Campaign App and SevenRooms.
• Oversee data governance, database integrity and compliance, standardising segmentation and profitability metrics.
• Drive adoption, training and enablement of CRM tools across resort properties and manage vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in CRM, gaming marketing or marketing technology leadership.
• 5+ years leading CRM implementations in gaming, hospitality or integrated resort environments.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Teradata.
• Hands‑on experience managing Salesforce and Customer Data Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of marketing automation ecosystems and cross‑channel personalization.
• Familiarity with SevenRooms and mobile app integration.
