Executive Director, Guest Experience

About the role

Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking an Executive Director of Guest Experience (Programming) to shape and elevate guest journeys across its portfolio. This senior individual‑contributor role works closely with property teams to design, implement and scale bespoke experiences that reflect each hotel’s unique brand and market.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with each property’s hotel team to curate property‑specific guest experiences, covering in‑house offerings (dining, wellness, recreation) and external activities (excursions, private events, safaris, cultural programmes).
• Ensure all experiences align with the property’s business model, commercial viability and operational feasibility.
• Lead the development of detailed processes, operating budgets, pricing structures and logistics to enable consistent execution at scale.
• Identify, explore and disseminate best‑in‑class industry practices across the Jumeirah portfolio.
• Provide hands‑on support and execution‑focused guidance to property teams throughout the lifecycle of each experience.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience in global luxury hospitality, with senior roles shaping guest experience across multi‑property or international portfolios.
• Proven ability to influence and gain buy‑in from hotel property teams.
• Experience in concierge services, destination management companies, high‑end DMCs or luxury travel firms is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting bespoke, emotionally resonant journeys for VIPs, elite loyalty members and high‑value guests.
• Track record of leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives that enhance guest experience.
