About the role

The Executive Director, Investment Solutions will lead the delivery of investment advisory services to FAB Private Banking and Key Clients. This senior position oversees the full investment solutions lifecycle, from market analysis to portfolio construction and ongoing management.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and promote the investment solutions value proposition across UAE and international markets.
• Drive growth of assets under management, revenues, and fees by acquiring new advisory clients.
• Provide macro and micro market analysis, investment research, security selection, and portfolio recommendations.
• Manage client portfolios throughout construction, implementation, monitoring, and rebalancing.
• Collaborate with segment heads, private bankers, and advisory teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, FAB regulations, and external regulatory frameworks.
• Lead projects to improve advisory infrastructure, operational workflow, and service levels.
• Coordinate and deliver investment advisory training as delegated by senior leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in investment solutions, private banking, or wealth management.
• Proven track record of business development and growing AUM.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of global markets, asset classes, and investment trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and risk management.
