Executive Director – Private Banker (UAE)

About the role

As an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan’s Private Banking business in the United Arab Emirates, you will lead the acquisition and retention of ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. The role combines deep knowledge of investments, banking, trust services and financial planning to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions. You will be responsible for the overall client experience and for coordinating specialist resources.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new UHNW clients across the UAE, driving sales of investment, banking and trust/estate products.
• Coordinate specialist advisors (Investor, Capital, Trust, Estate, Wealth) to provide interdisciplinary solutions for complex client needs.
• Maintain complete client profiles and ensure accounts are serviced in line with J.P. Morgan risk policies.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships, ensuring product recommendations align with client goals.
• Adapt to regulatory and technological changes while adhering to compliance standards.

Required profile

• Significant experience in private banking serving UHNW individuals and families.
• Proven business development and sales track record, including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑management and team‑building capabilities.
• Emirati male nationals must have completed or be exempt from mandatory military service.
