Executive – Events, Experiential & Community (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and highly organised Executive to lead community engagement campaigns and experiential events across the UAE. The role blends client‑facing account coordination, school and institutional outreach, and on‑ground event operations, reporting to the Associate Director – Events, Experiential & Community.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and onboard schools, educational institutions and target demographics into community programmes.
• Facilitate and host interactive workshops, presentations and sessions in school or corporate settings.
• Maintain audience engagement and drive participation throughout community touchpoints.
• Act as primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing routine project updates and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Track internal and external approval pipelines and manage related documentation.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients and community partners to ensure high retention.
• Conduct venue sourcing, site inspections and assist with layout feasibility for roadshows and activations.
• Liaise with vendors, production houses and event suppliers to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing or events management.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage tight timelines.
• Strong organisational and logistical agility for on‑site operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
