Executive - Field Sales

About the role

DP World is seeking an Executive – Field Sales (2PL) to drive growth of its Container Freight Station (CFS), Dry Port and Freight Management solutions across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on lead generation, customer relationship management and converting opportunities into profitable business.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy for CFS, Dry Port and Freight Management solutions.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers such as shipping lines, NVOCCs, freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet activity, revenue and profitability targets.
• Conduct customer visits, prepare proposals and quotations, and close sales opportunities.
• Manage assigned accounts, driving retention, cross‑selling and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and support sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with pricing, operations, finance and other teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Support onboarding and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales, business‑development or account‑management experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply‑chain services.
• Working knowledge of 2PL logistics, including Freight Management, CFS operations, Dry Ports and Line/NVOCC business.
• Proven ability in lead generation, pipeline management and customer relationship building.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
