Executive Host/Hostess – International Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Executive Host/Hostess to join its International Marketing team. The role focuses on developing high‑value domestic gaming players, driving revenue growth and delivering premium guest experiences at the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of high‑value gaming players, analysing activity, theoretical performance and trip frequency to identify growth opportunities.
• Proactively solicit and book incremental trips, achieve revenue and player development targets, and reactivate lapsed players through strategic outreach.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned guests, providing personalised service, property tours and on‑property visits.
• Coordinate guest participation in gaming events, tournaments and exclusive marketing activations, ensuring seamless reservations, transportation and amenities.
• Maintain accurate player profiles in CRM systems, issue discretionary comps, prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with internal controls and UAE regulations.
• Collaborate with Gaming Operations, VIP Services, Hotel, F&B and Events teams, and partner with Marketing on domestic campaigns and reinvestment strategies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in gaming hosting, player development, luxury hospitality or high‑end VIP relationship management.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and manage a high‑value guest portfolio.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high level of discretion and cultural awareness within the UAE market.
