Executive Human Capital Officer

About the role

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is seeking an Executive Human Capital Officer to support its team of hospitality professionals. The role focuses on enhancing employee experience, ensuring compliance, and driving engagement across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to colleague queries, requests, and employment discussions to boost satisfaction and performance.
• Act as the primary HR contact for department staff, providing coverage during business hours.
• Prepare letters, contracts, certificates and coordinate documents requiring internal signatures.
• Maintain audit‑ready employee files, manage supply stock levels, and process purchase orders.
• Support compliance and audit activities, ensuring adherence to UAE labour regulations.
• Organise colleague engagement events, recognition programmes (e.g., Spirit of Jumeirah awards, Colleague of the Month/Year) and CSR initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with department heads, update internal information sites, and coordinate monthly departmental meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR or human capital experience, preferably within hospitality or a service‑focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
