About the role
Manage inventory and stocks for both brands across the UAE and GCC, handling import and export shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and movement.
- Maintain daily records of shipments and invoices to identify replenishment needs.
- Implement inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate with all departments for inventory management.
- Organize cost controlling system and generate F&B reports.
- Conduct variance analysis for food & beverage and monitor menu item consumption.
- Support incentive programs.
