About the role
The Executive Lounge Assistant provides dedicated service to executive guests, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay by responding efficiently to enquiries and offering hotel amenities.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome executive guests on arrival, assist throughout their stay, and handle enquiries and complaints.
- Process accurate check‑ins and check‑outs and ensure guest supplies and amenities are replenished to standards.
- Stay informed about hotel services, VIP requests, special events, and local attractions.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role within a four or five‑star hotel or comparable industry.
- Ability to work with multicultural teams, strong verbal and written communication skills, and detail‑oriented performance.
- Multilingual ability (Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, French) is a plus.
Required skills
- Background in Food & Beverage service.
- Technical proficiency in related software (preferred).
