Executive Lounge Attendant

About the role

Our Executive Lounge Attendant delivers a memorable guest experience in the lounge of The Ritz‑Carlton Dubai. You will set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, serve guests, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while upholding the brand’s high standards of safety, uniform appearance, and professional communication.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
• Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs promptly.
• Read and visually verify menu information to ensure accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lounge work areas and supplies.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), reaching overhead, and moving on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on sloping or uneven surfaces for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects as described.
