Executive Lounge Attendant

About the role

The Executive Lounge Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional, high‑standard service experience in the hotel’s executive lounge. The role focuses on efficiency, courtesy and strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will support the Assistant Manager and ensure smooth daily operations while promoting the hotel’s brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the lounge and food‑beverage outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
• Greet guests, present menus, take orders, handle payments and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain uniform appearance, grooming standards and overall cleanliness of the service area.
• Report maintenance or cleanliness issues and assist with mise‑en‑place and side‑station organization.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in line with company procedures.

Required profile

• College graduate or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of professional experience in hospitality service, preferably in an executive lounge or fine‑dining environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to personal grooming and professional appearance.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using hotel management software.
• General computer literacy.
