About the role
The Executive Lounge Waiter/Waitress provides food and beverage service to guests in the hotel’s Executive Lounge, delivering courteous, professional and efficient service that reflects Kempinski’s luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to Executive Lounge guests, ensuring courteous and professional service.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and uniform compliance at all times.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, monitor supplies and reduce waste.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints promptly, reporting to supervisors as required.
- Operate the POS system accurately and upsell menu items where appropriate.
Required profile
- Adherence to hotel policies, fire safety, hygiene standards (HACCP) and grooming guidelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the service team and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in operating the hotel POS system.
- Knowledge of opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
