Executive Manager, Financial & Internal Control

Key responsibilities

• Manage the finance control framework and oversee pre‑ and post‑accounting period closure processes.
• Maintain internal accounts substantiation, including ageing analysis and monthly dashboards.
• Conduct thorough reviews for new products or processes to ensure correct GL mapping.
• Supervise financial operational risk processes, review RCSAs, and close audit observations.
• Control sundry and suspense accounts and ensure proper GL mappings and CoA across systems.
• Consolidate inter‑company transactions, foreign‑currency accounting, and reconcile system ledgers.
• Communicate CoA issues and GL mapping guidance to relevant teams.

Required profile

• UAE National (citizen/passport holder) only.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance control role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• ACCA certification preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of financial tools and financial accounting/reporting.
• Expertise in internal control and Basel guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
