The Corporate & Investment Banking Group provides a sophisticated suite of corporate banking, investment and transaction services across the MENA region, serving governments, financial institutions, corporates and SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ADCB’s treasury sales desk covering all investment and risk‑management products, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Lead the Treasury Structured Solutions team in problem solving, structuring, execution and account management to maximise performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement the treasury product development and sales strategy, balancing profitability with risk management.
• Support the creation and update of Standard Operating Procedures for treasury sales, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the design and structuring of treasury products, providing client‑specific input to keep solutions competitive.
• Deliver against financial, product, customer and risk‑based targets, reviewing performance and taking corrective actions.
• Negotiate trade prices with traders to achieve market‑competitive pricing and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in banking sales.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
• Strong knowledge of banking products.
