About the role

Join a prestigious luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah as the Executive Pastry Chef, leading a creative pastry team and delivering exceptional desserts that reflect the brand’s avant‑garde design and high‑end hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and bakery items.
Develop and implement new pastry recipes and seasonal menus.
Manage, train, and motivate the pastry team.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient supply usage.
Maintain consistent quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Collaborate with chefs and event planners to create customized dessert offerings.

Required profile

Degree in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts.
Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in luxury hospitality.
Strong artistic sense and attention to detail.
Leadership and training capabilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
