An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a visionary Executive Pastry Chef to lead one of Dubai's most prestigious pastry operations at the iconic JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. The role will shape the future of pastry across all dining venues, events and guest touchpoints, driving innovation and setting new benchmarks of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch refined dessert concepts, signature creations, afternoon‑tea experiences and bespoke celebration menus.
• Oversee large‑scale banquet pastry production while ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to international food safety standards.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse pastry brigade, fostering a culture of creativity and operational excellence.
• Drive financial performance through cost control, menu pricing and commercial mindset.

Required profile

• Extensive luxury‑hotel pastry experience with a proven track record of culinary creativity.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, capable of building high‑performing teams.
