Executive Personal Brand & Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Personal Brand & Communications Manager to support a senior leader in Dubai. You will shape and amplify the leader’s professional profile, manage media relations, and create high‑impact content across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a personal brand plan aligned with the senior leader’s objectives.
• Design and implement a LinkedIn growth strategy, optimizing the profile and managing newsletters, articles, and polls.
• Produce and edit speeches, articles, op‑eds, LinkedIn posts, and executive messaging.
• Identify media, speaking, and thought‑leadership opportunities and coordinate briefings and media training.
• Monitor coverage, generate reputation reports, and coordinate rapid‑response communications with corporate and legal teams.
• Oversee content production with designers, videographers, and photographers to ensure brand consistency.
• Mentor and manage supporting communications staff or external consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive communications, personal branding, or senior‑level PR.
• Proven ability to create engaging long‑ and short‑form content for digital and print channels.
• Strong judgement, discretion, and experience handling confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to tone and detail.
